Frank Perez

Frank Perez was born in Mexico and spent part of his childhood in Sinaloa. He emigrated to the United States as a child and grew up in the South Central and Huntington Park communities of Los Angeles. He graduated UCLA School of Law in 1999 and passed the California State Bar Exam the same year.

Since then, he has dedicated his practice to defending civil rights and representing victims of serious injuries.

He founded his law firm in 2003 and, since then, has dedicated himself to representing victims of serious injuries in his role as the firm’s lead trial attorney. Over the years, his practice has expanded to handle cases involving catastrophic injuries, sexual assault, and construction and traffic accidents, with offices in Los Angeles and Santa Ana. A significant portion of his work focuses on construction site accidents, collaborating with workers’ compensation allies to seek civil justice for affected employees.

Mr. Perez is a member of ABOTA, MABA, and the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, and actively participates in legal training and courtroom advocacy programs.
