Carlos G Gallardo

Attorney Carlos G. Gallardo was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, to immigrant parents, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges many immigrant families face in their pursuit of the American Dream. This experience inspired him at an early age to dedicate his career to defending the rights of the immigrant community, focusing on immigration law and criminal defense.

With more than 14 years of experience, Attorney Gallardo, founder of the firm, has represented clients before immigration and criminal courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. consulates, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. Department of Labor. He also serves as a trusted consulting attorney for the Mexican Consulates in Los Angeles and Oxnard, California.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, where he also received a Certificate in Public Service Law. He graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Business Law. Attorney Gallardo is a member of the State Bar of California and several professional associations related to immigration and criminal justice.
